Autistic, quite a bit

Primary school volunteer Pascal van IJzendoorn was on a year 6 camping trip somewhere on a campsite in North Holland. In the evening around the campfire, the day was discussed when a colleague spoke about the neighbouring school; a primary school for children with autism. She was quite surprised that you couldn't tell from the outside that these children were autistic. It felt like a stimulus for Pascal that he could not ignore and he told his colleagues for the first time that he too is autistic. They would never think that of him. And why should they, since he lives his life like everyone else.This book tells the story of Pascal who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) only after a long process of social care.
