The Cylinders

Their arrival brought equal parts chaos and curiosity. Why had they come? What would they bring? The Cylinders loomed silently, impossibly, yielding nothing. It was an enigma that lasted a full year, an enigma without an answer. Then, everything changed. Something activated within these terrible constructs, and the whole world was turned upside down. Those that were hopeful and curious got more than they bargained for, and those that were afraid saw their worst nightmares come to life. Is it a blessing? A curse? It is up to these lost and terrified souls to find out which, and only the Cylinders hold the answer.
